When will I get my order?
HonokaSplits is a one person business. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivering orders.
I placed an order, but no longer want it. Can I get a refund?
No refunds are allowed for orders that are no longer wanted or are already in transit. Please be careful before placing an order.

An item I wanted is out of stock. Will you restock it?
Because I source my merchandise from secondhand platforms, it is not often that I restock certain items. I highly recommend that if you are interested in something that you purchase it when it is available.
My item is stuck in transit and/or is lost. Can I get a refund?
Once packages are in transit, I have no control over what happens. Packages under USPS and UPS typically already have built in $100 coverage insurance. I have a separate listing for you to buy package insurance at a rate of $1 per $100 of coverage. If you are worried, I highly recommend you add this to your order.
I got charged VAT/Taxes on my order. Why?
Depending on where you are located, your order may incur duties. I am not responsible for any additional charges you get with your package. Please check your country's import policies.
Can you ship to the EU?
As per the GPSR, I cannot ship to the EU, and cannot make exceptions.
How do points work?
Every $1 USD spent earns you 100 points. You can redeem these points for coupons when you reach a certain amount. You can only redeem one point discount per order. Point discounts are combinable with sales.
